We are looking for a rock starto join our team as aCorporative Doctor in ourCelaya, Guanajuato HUB . In this role you will be responsible for a wide array of support services. Expert level training/mentoring will be provided by Schneider Electric to ensure that you are successful in the role.

What do you get to do in this position?

  • Evaluate the physical fitness of workers
    1.1 Questioning of medical, family and personal history
    1.2 Physical exploration by devices and systems
    1.3 Carrying out laboratory and office studies
    1.4 Interpretation of results
    1.6 Registration of clinical history and management of medical records
    1.7 Communication of results with relevant areas
  • Generate health promotion with Administrative, Sales and Services personnel
    2.1 Training on health issues
    2.2 Detect main risks and dangers in operations
    2.3 Detect the most prevalent diseases and injuries in the population
    2.4 Define priorities for health promotion
    2.5 Provide training
    2.6 Generate materials for health promotion
  • Coordinate the Health and Safety program around risk diseases
    3.1 Continuously review the current and applicable regulations regarding the operation
    3.2 Generate and update health and safety protocols around seasonal diseases (COVID-19, Influenza, Parasitosis) and their implementation in Polanco Offices
    3.3 Dissemination of the protocols with all employees, suppliers, contractors and visitors to Polanco Offices
    3.4 Continuous communication with the support areas involved in the implementation of the protocols
    3.5 Medical care and monitoring of workers considered potential or confirmed cases of COVID 19
  • Legal compliance in health
    4.1 Continuously review current and applicable health regulations for the operation
    4.2 Periodic evaluation of current compliance in the operation
    4.3 Detection of opportunity areas
    4.4 Determination, implementation and monitoring of legal compliance action plans
  • Generate health opportunities for workers
    5.1 Management of annual vaccination campaigns
    5.2 Management of campaigns for the timely detection of cardiometabolic diseases
    5.3 Management of timely cancer detection campaigns
    5.4 Detection of overweight and obesity, and management of healthy eating and physical activity campaigns
    5.5 Management of relevant health promotion campaigns
  • Administration of material resources and equipment of the SM
    6.1 Documentation of inputs necessary for SM operation
    6.2 Generation of procedures for the continuous supply of supplies necessary for SM
    6.3 Tendering of suppliers through purchases for the requirements of the SM operation
    6.4 Collection of purchase requisitions
    6.5 Management of requests with authorized suppliers
    6.6 Monitoring of billing and payment to suppliers of purchases made
    6.7 Generation of strategies for inventory management
  • Ergonomics Program
    7.1 Train all office and home office employees in ergonomics according to their jobs.
    7.2 Generation of an ergonomics program for the detection of ergonomic risks in the office and action plans for their control
    7.3 Ergonomic evaluation of workstations
    7.6 Care and follow-up of work-related musculoskeletal injuries
    7.7 Definition of action and monitoring plans for the correction of ergonomic risks in offices
    7.8 Generate continuous improvement projects
    7.9 Generate reports and disseminate them at all levels
  • Medical care for occupational illnesses and injuries
    8.1 Medical consultation
    8.2 Schedule medical follow-ups
    8.3 Communicate with those responsible for the areas involved about the health of workers, the impact on the operation and recommendations
  • Support for the Civil Protection program
    9.1 Medical evaluation of candidates to join the PC brigades to validate their aptitude for the activities to be performed
    9.2 Publish a call to join PC brigades
    9.3 Coordinate first aid training of PC brigades
    9.4 Provide the special uniform for the identification of the brigade members
    9.5 Provide medical care to workers in cases of emergencies
  • Support in dining areas
    10.1 Review of snack machines, generate access for suppliers and when it is necessary to refill coffee machines
  • Manage the health department according to what is established in SE
    11.1 Receive and seek MLL training
    11.2 Continuously review the current and applicable health policies, guidelines and procedures for the operation
    11.3 Periodic evaluation of current compliance in the operation
    11.4 Detection of opportunity areas
    11.5 Determination, implementation and monitoring of action plans to comply with system requirements
