We are looking for a motivated engineering manager who will help our team achieve these goals.**Role Description**:You are an engineering leader who can hit the ground running leading a high performing team doing innovative work in the spaces of Salesforce development, full stack development and most recently Agentforce. In our work together we seek to be smart, humble, hardworking and, above all, collaborative**Your Impact**:Lead a team of software engineers in developing integrations that automate business processes and unify systems across Salesforce.Manage a team of engineers responsible for building and supporting multiple products, enabling employees to perform more of their daily tasks within Salesforce products.Collaborate with peers to draft, review, and provide feedback on technical design proposals.Provide on-call support, resolve critical issues, and manage incident response for services.**Minimum Requirements**:3+ years of leading engineering teamsProven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for software engineering initiativesExperience working with senior leaders to align technology strategy with business goalsA deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Heroku and AWS, as well as experience managing and scaling large-scale distributed systemsProficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, Node.JS, or PythonA strong track record of writing clear and concise specifications, runbooks, and other documentationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teamsExperience with Agile development methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvementAccommodationsPosting StatementSalesforce is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
