We are committed to our team members’ development and empower those who wish to discover different areas of our business or acquire international experiences.**Job Description**:The factory supply planner is in charge of piloting the factory planning from S&OP horizon to weekly schedule. He/she is making sure the continent will receive the products needed to achieve the Sales plan while keeping inventory healthy and under control, taking into account all manufacturing constraints.Key accountabilities:- Responsible of the construction of the S&OP file for the Americas Stationary Manuf Fam with information such as: inventory, sales fcst, purchase forecast, production.- Responsible of the analysis in a long term basis to propose to the factory, the production to be done at Mexico STA ball pen manufacturing families, considering temporary labor, demand, bottlenecks, manufacturing constraints, days of coverage, inventory landing.- Break the monthly production plan into weekly production plan, considering the following inputs: customer priorities, bottlenecks, constraints, leadtime.- Constant communication with line scheduling team to assure the achievement of the production plan- Weekly KPI meetings with the line scheduling team, challenging them and review actions and root causes in case of needed- Weekly communication to the supplies regarding possible risk, shortages & action plans. (USA, Canada, Asia/Oceania, South Africa, Mexico, Europe)- Responsible to assure the shipment on time for each region, by weekly following up data with export team.- ICO order confirmation based on the global allocation number for each manuf family of the ball pen area at JDA.- Accountable and active participation for the achievement of the new product launches at STA for the taking into consideration, MOQ, suppliers leadtime, demand.- Challenge current processes and suggest improvements and simplification.- Participate actively in the Supply & Review Meetings- In charge of present different production scenarios for new projects, increase capacity- Responsible of upload manufacturing capacity to the system (JDA) as well as level load production resources.- Anticipate, communicate and bring solutions for product shortage.- Challenge current processes and suggest improvements and simplification- Constant communication with Global Supply Chain Group- Power BI Production adherence**Qualifications**:- Education / Experience: Master's degree with1 year of Experience in Supply Planning- Fluent in English- S&OP knowledge- Strong Problem-solving/Analytical skills- Excellent communication skills and team spirit required to be able to coordinate conflicting objectives and interact with people from different backgrounds- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously- Ability to keep a cold head under pressure and to step back (helicopter view)- Comfortable and rigourous with figures and systems (JDA/JDE/Excel/Cognos)Additional InformationBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
