Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and procedures. Work closely with the AR Global Process Owner project team on AR Process Excellence, Quality and Efficiency improvement, and standards.**Main Accountabilities**:- Lead, motivate and develop the Accounts Receivable Team- People manager, including staffing & selection, integration, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, counseling, and coaching as needed- Oversee a portion of the month-end close process for the Accounts Receivable area**Dimensions**:- Direct: > 8- Indirect: > 20- Functional: >2**Basic Qualifications (mandatory)**:- University degree in Finance or equivalent gained through working experience- At least 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting/Payable and at least 2 years in Leadership position.- Thorough understanding of internal controls and accounts payable process- Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with internal customers and external partners (composure, conflict management, customer focus, negotiating)- Ability to lead and inspire the team toward a higher level of performance- Working experience in a BPO/ CSS environment- Advanced SAP skills- Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)**Our Offer**:- Work-Life Balance- Benefits above the law- Global growth- Work with a continuous improvement culture
