As innovators in the hair and nail industry, Wella Company empowers its people to delight consumers, inspire beauty professionals, engage communities, and deliver sustainable growth to its stakeholders.-**THE ROLE**- We are actively looking for a Master Data manager who will demonstrate extraordinary data skillsets and embodies the Wella vision focused on meeting the end-to-end needs of our clients from the initial order placement through the end of the cash cycle. This role will be responsible for managing a team that ensures data cleanliness and oversees customer and material creation and maintenance, audit compliance and readiness, and business projects focused on process and system improvements. You will become the voice of the master data team and will become a key member of Wella supply chain and daily business operations.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Oversees master data team to ensure data quality and integrity for retail hair and professional beauty business- Ensures audit compliance and improves controls for key business practices- Manages the master data management processes related to the creation, maintenance, and quality of all master and reference data across North American region- Gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes large data sets; Manage and maintain data integrity for Customer Service and Master Data teams- Assists with daily business operations and provides BIC customer service- Defines new and identify existing improvement opportunities for end-to-end MD and logístical processes including generating SOPs, job aides, and trainings to guide and standardize work efforts- Manages the data requirements for the implementation of new locations, new products, and projects including user acceptance testing (UAT)- Develops, builds, and maintains automated reports, dashboard, and tools utilizing VBA Macros for MS Excel and/or MS Access**QUALIFICATIONS**- Essential:- Bachelor’s degree BS Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain managements, Economics or related fields- Previous master data experience in either customer, material, or vendor maintenance and creation- Strong SAP skills preferred, and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, functions) and general computer experience required- Knowledge in supply network operations (or general business background) and the order-to-cash (OTC) process- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously- Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, transparently, concisely, and on a timely basis with leadership- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively across different styles. Develop strong partnerships.
