For the past few years, we have built a variety of proprietary SaaS products in Atlassian and Freshworks marketplaces focused on industries like Agile Software Development, Customer Service, and E-commerce.The Product team currently maintains 10+ B2B apps and integrations and are looking to launch 3 new products this upcoming year. We are growing our team, so we are looking for a hands-on Java Developer to help us improve our Agile adoption and processes to increase the teams' engagement and efficiency, while maintaining a strong focus on sustaining our core values and culture.**About the Role****Responsibilities**- Work as a team to deliver valuable SaaS products.- Able to understand business requirements for app development.- Work together with the Product Owner / Product Manager for planning, requirements, and clarifications.- Work together with the rest of the team (QA, Design, Scrum Master & Product) to ensure on-time project deliveries.- Assist product team with technical and architectural design for the apps.- Support post-live deployment and ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly.- Occasionally help debugging customers issues**Basic Qualifications**- Good interpersonal skills- Excellent English oral and written communication skills- Proactive and independent- Good development practices- Able to work under tight timelines and under pressure.- Experience working with APIs.- 2+ years of experience using Java 8+- Spring Framework- Spring Web or JAX-RS/Jersey frameworks- MySQL, PostgreSQL or any other RDBMS- An ORM tool like Hibernate- Git (Bitbucket, Gitlab or GitHub)- Scrum**Preferred Skills**- AWS (EC2 mainly) and Heroku- Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence)- Docker**Other Skills nice to have**- Javascript- React
