Client Success Director (LATAM) We’re looking for a Client Success Director LATAM to join our team and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally. About Seedtag At Seedtag, we lead the way in contextual advertising with our machine‑learning powered platform. Our technology provides superior brand safety, human‑like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful. Founded by two ex‑Googlers in 2015, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising. Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Leadership : Define and execute a regional client success strategy that enhances client satisfaction, fosters long‑term partnerships, and drives business growth. Team Leadership & Development : Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing Client Success team, ensuring they have the tools and frameworks needed to succeed. Revenue Growth & Retention : Work closely with Sales and senior leadership to identify opportunities for client expansion, renewals, and increased investment. Operational Excellence & Scalability : Develop and implement best‑in‑class processes, SLAs, and performance frameworks to enhance efficiency and consistency across the region. Executive Stakeholder Management : Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and agencies, ensuring alignment between their business goals and our solutions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to streamline execution, improve workflows, and address client needs proactively. Data‑Driven Insights & Reporting : Oversee the development of strategic client reporting and insights, helping clients optimise their media investments. Market & Competitive Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving client expectations to position the company as an industry leader. Advocacy & Thought Leadership : Represent the company in key client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums, reinforcing our value proposition in the market. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related leadership role within AdTech, Digital Media, or MarTech. Proven experience leading and scaling regional or multi‑market client success teams in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment. Deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic media, and agency dynamics. Strong track record of driving client retention, revenue expansion, and operational efficiency at scale. Exceptional ability to manage executive‑level relationships and influence senior stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a data‑driven, solutions‑oriented approach to problem‑solving. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong familiarity with the EMEA advertising landscape, client needs, and regulatory considerations. Experience working with CRM, reporting, and workflow tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and BI platforms is a plus.
