Safety Trainee

The project to be carried out will allow for timely monitoring of compliance with Mexican and International Regulations (OSHA).- Conduct an evaluation of the current condition of the facility in terms of regulations.- Understand the internal and external procedures that allow us to comply with regulations.- Develop the action plan to close the gap between the current condition and that expected by national and international regulations.- Follow-up on the action plan for compliance- Last/final semester university students (7th, 8th, 9th and 10th)- School health insurance- Availability to work On Site 25 hours per week- English professional level- College students in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Environmental.- Knowledge of Mexican Law (NOM´s)- Knowledge of International Law (OSHA) preference.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.- Verbal and written communication skills.DISCLAIMER: Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability
