Somos el líder mundial en electromovilidad y ahorro energético, trabajamos sobre tecnologías modernas, innovadoras y disruptivas, buscamos crear el software que cambie al mundo, para ello, buscamos en México Líder de desarrollo con experiência en plataformas open source para liderear la iniciativa a nível global con apego a prácticas ágiles, DevOpsSec, Nube con un equipo muy versátil multicultural.Equipo humano, profesional y técnico muy sólido, agilismo, dinamismo y una relación a largo plazo.- Ingreso de $80,000 a $120,000 pesos libres 100% nominales y prestaciones ley, superiores (amplias)- Horario de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:30 p.m.- Zona de trabajo: Esquema híbrido de trabajo (Home Office) sesiones equipo en CDMX**4 a 7 años de experiência como**:- Líder técnico, líder de desarrollo, gerente de desarrollo, coordinador de desarrollo, líder software, Technical leader, software developer leader, Solution Architect Architect, desarrollador JAVA Sr, programador líder AWS, Analista líder Golang, Analista programador líder, Líder técnico de software, arquitecto de software, Architect Leader, developer tech lead, Practice manager, Service lead, Delivery manager, Agile Project manager, Scrum Master, Software Engineer Manager, Tech lead, Tehcnical Leader- Inglés intermedio a avanzado (muy deseable) colaboración con equipos en Alemania y Grecia.- Apego a buenas prácticas y metodologías en equipos de desarrollo de software como Scrum, XP, SMDM, DevOps, DevOpsSec, ITIL, Kanban, DT, muy deseable conocimiento como Product Owner o apego a prácticas del PMI.- Back End con tecnologías como Golang, Python, Java, Ruby o similares- Experiência en el desarrollo de aplicaciones Front con HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, javascript y sus diversos Frameworks Vue, React, Angular, etc.- Muy adecuada experiência en arquitecturas escalables, sistemas distribuidos, patrones de diseño, integraciones con Big Data, Computer Science, altos volúmenes de transacciones, etc.- Conocimiento del proceso de CI / CD, DevOps en AWS, Azure, GCP u otra.- Patrones de arquitectura SOAP, TOGAF, etc. Diseño de soluciones de software. Event driven Architecture, IaaC (Infra As a Code)- Manejo de personal, muy deseable conformación de equipos de trabajo.- Manejo de contenedores como Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins y servicios como Grafana, Loki, Kafka,- Bases de datos: Relacionales (Conocimiento de queries y Stored procedures) y No Relacionales (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Elastic).- Metodologías: Ágiles (SCRUM, Kanban, Extremme Programming). Manejo de GitHub, SVN, Bitbucket, etc.- Sistemas Operativos Unix /Linux Distribuciones, servidores web y seguridad con OWASP- Manejo de pruebas UAT, End to End, automatización de las mismas para web y móvil.
