**Responsibilities**:- Assist with the preparation of revenue and sales annual budgets, multi-year rolling forecasts, and quarterly reporting results- Maintain proper documentation on all revenue budgeting and forecasting activities for the company- Help with determining risks and opportunities that flow into the preparation of Sales and Revenue reporting packs- Partner with FP&A Manager as well as Sales and Marketing team members to determine revenue and sales strategies and support their analytic needs- Collaborate with FP&A Manager in building financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and influence business decisions- Assist with all financial aspects of special Sales projects by determining key drivers, performing analyses, and preparing the presentation of the conclusions- Monitor sales and marketing spend data and provide analysis on variances to budget and/or forecast- Use analytical skills to process large amounts of information with ability to highlight to management the key takeaways- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field- 3+ years of FP&A experience related to top line results- Strong financial analysis and modeling abilities- Expertise in Microsoft Excel is a must- PowerPoint and Hyperion SmartView and Planning experience- Additional experience in Macros/VBA, PowerBI and People Soft is preferred- Knowledge of the healthcare and/or hotel sectors is ideal- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent time management skills- Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and demonstrate a sound understanding of the business processes within an assisted living community- Experience in planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews- Team orientated with a “can do” attitude and flexible approach- Enthusiasm for solving problems and working collaboratively- Independent/Self-starter with high attention to detail and critical thinking skills- Working knowledge of accounting, controlling and finance operations**Benefits**- Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN)- Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability)- Eight Days of vacation per year, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- Cell Phone Reimbursement- Transportation Allowance
