Product Data Analyst At TouchTunes, your work matters, we are looking for an Associate Product Data Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring our product analytics ecosystem is accurate, consistent, and actionable. This role bridges the gap between product, data, engineering, and business teams to ensure that every feature we build is measurable and that the right data is captured to drive insights and decisions. Collaborate Cross-functionally : Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, FP&A, and the Data team to understand business requirements, review tracking feasibility, and identify potential implementation challenges. Define Analytics : Identify key user interactions and system events for both mobile and backend systems that need to be tracked to support analytics and reporting. Manage Tracking Plans : Create, document, and continuously update tracking specifications as new events and features are introduced. Quality Assurance : Validate and QA implemented events to ensure they are triggered correctly, accurately reflect user behavior, and align with the defined requirements. Support Analytics Team : Assist the analytics team in executing A/B tests and conducting feature analysis. Improve Data Literacy : Help stakeholders understand how event tracking translates into insights and business metrics. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field) or equivalent experience. Preferably 1–2 years of experience in analytics, data operations, or product analytics. Familiarity with Segment, Mixpanel, Databricks or similar tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when documenting and validating event tracking. Understanding of REST API is a plus. Familiarity with SQL is a plus. Data Loss Prevention Analyst Job Type : Full-Time (FTE) Location : Hybrid in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico Job Description : Should have 7+ years of relevant experience that includes: Expertise in designing and implementing Symantec DLP solutions An excellent knowledge in Data Privacy and Protection concepts DLP Policy configuration as per business requirements Experience with Jira and Confluence Deploy DLP Software/Firmware updates and patches Coordinate with OEM for implementation support issues Experience in design and implementation of Data Protection technologies like DLP Database or File or Email Encryption or Data Masking, Test Data Masking or Dynamic Data Masking, PKI Should have experience integrating data protection solutions with other security solutions and business intelligence solutions Good product understanding and problem‑solving capability Excellent knowledge of PCI DSS and ERM compliance and standard Ensure protection of networks, systems, and applications by enforcement of DLP security policy and through use of systematic DLP event analysis Monitor DLP information security alerts through the use of available DLP tools to respond, triage, and escalate as needed Analyze event/alert patterns to properly interpret and prioritize threats with available DLP tools and other data protection devices Identify trends and drive requirements aimed at improving and enhancing existing DLP detection policies Provide support to projects that enhance reporting, workflow, change/incident/problem management Provide technical advice and input for the support of integrated security systems and solutions Interface with clients in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements to improve the efficiency of daily tasks, monitoring, and processes with innovative ideas Experience with integration of DLP with SIEM and PAM Product‑related problem management and bug‑fixes Soft Skills : Good verbal/written communication skills Continual system improvement mindset and ability to demonstrate it in work Client‑facing technical analysis report and presentation skills Capable of supporting and mentoring the team Experience working with internal functional partners to understand their business processes and goals, then create DLP policies or recommend process changes to facilitate functional goals without compromising DLP security #J-18808-Ljbffr
