Operational Procurement Specialist

If you're passionate about procurement and eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from youThis position is mainly located in Irapuato, MX but we are happy to offer hybrid working options.Your role as a Operational Procurement Specialist**Create and Manage Purchase Orders**: Ensure timely creation and delivery of purchase orders for the Product Line, and monitor their progress to ensure on-time delivery.**Vendor Coordination**: Negotiate scheduling priorities and delivery improvements with vendors to align with customer needs.**Invoice Management**: Review and resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices through Basware.**Internal Communication**: Efficiently handle internal communication requests through the OM Ticketing Tool.**Direct Shipments**: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure the timely execution of direct shipment orders.**Tool and Data Management**: Utilize essential tools and dashboards, and maintain cost and lead time data in SAP, collaborating with Sourcing/Tactical teams.**Additional Responsibilities**: Take on other duties as assigned to support our procurement objectives.Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Procurement-related field.Proven experience in a procurement role with a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain activities.Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Experience with SAP/MM is preferred, and familiarity with technical drawings and ISO Quality System elements is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and ready to make an impact with a high level of ambition.85% English Written/SpokenWhat's in it for you**Inspiring Purpose**: Contribute to a sustainable modern life.
