Iimportant Ecomerce company for Expansion : Overview Responsible for warehousing and logistics work, achieving the KPI of the warehousing and logistics department, meeting customer needs with high quality and completing other tasks assigned by the department head. Key Responsibilities lWarehouse management I. Storage cost control, using modern advanced systems or algorithms to achieve optimal warehouse layout and optimal storage. II. Responsible for formulating the work specifications of the warehouse department, including various management systems and operational specifications of the warehouse department. III. Division of labor and training of library staff. lProcess systems and other issues I. Construction of logistics and storage process systems. II. Construction of the system to visualize and systematize all operations. III. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership Qualifications I. Proven experience (4 years) or in a similar position, preferably in the logistics industry. II. Solid knowledge of Mexican logistics principles. III. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting. IV. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Technical / Functional Skills lSpoken and written fluency in Spanish and English. lSystem : Mastery of logistics software and ERP systems. Experience with SAP, TMS, WMS or Oracle is desirable.
