Ubicación:Puebla, MX, 74160ID de requisición de personal: 3528**Prerequisites**:- College degree or HR-related qualification or similar.- Professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR recruiting and/or Shared Services Center environment and/or experience in transition projects.- Competency - based interviews.- Advanced English indispensable.**Tasks**:- Publish the vacancies created in the company.- Follow up on internal vacancies.- Staff interviews.- Analysis and creation of salary development plans for new positions.- Ensuring onboarding (hiring in SAP personal information data entries, signing contracts with newcomers).- Ensure the due dilligence on vacancies approvals through Success Factors Recruiting module.- Define sources to be used for talent search.- Make sure all hiring process are fully processed in Success Factors.- Define talent attraction strategies for the region.- Coordinate interviews between involved parties.- Publish the vacancies created in the company.- Follow up on internal vacancies.- Staff interviews.- Analysis and creation of salary development plans for new positions.- Ensuring onboarding (hiring in SAP personal information data entries, signing contracts with newcomers).- Ensure the due dilligence on vacancies approvals through Success Factors Recruiting module.- Define sources to be used for talent search.- Make sure all hiring process are fully processed in Success Factors.- Define talent attraction strategies for the region.- Coordinate interviews between involved parties.
