Contratamos a las mentes más brillantes del mundo, ofreciéndoles un entorno en el que pueden mejorar incansablemente la experiência del cliente.AmazonMexicoKey job responsibilitiesEl Asistente de procesos se asigna al Gerente de área y tendrá responsabilidades específicas para el rol de Asistente de procesos:- Apoyar al Gerente de área y asociados- Ejecutar tareas de trabajo estándar- Proporcionar cobertura de vacaciones para los Gerentes de área- Brindar seguimiento de políticas, seguimiento de asistencia (deberes no se extiendan a la disciplina)- Rastree e informe las horas de trabajo- Actúe como un recurso asociado, capacite a los asociados y verifique el cumplimiento de SOP- Asegure el desempeño exitoso de los turnos, a través del seguimiento, informes y comentarios sobre el desempeño de los asociados- Participar en iniciativas de excelencia operativa- Ejecutar en producción deberes- Comprender el flujo de trabajo y los objetivos de producción diarios- Revisar y actualizar SOP y la lista de verificación de trabajo estándar según sea necesario- Ayudar a mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas- Identificar y abordar los peligros de seguridad dentro del área de trabajo- Entrenar a los asociados para que trabajen de manera segura en todo momento- Participar en iniciativas de seguridad- Referir todas las lesiones laborales al gerente de áreaAmazonMexicoTepotzotlan, MEX, MEX- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
