Consistent with our diverse client base, we recognize the benefit that diversity of thought brings to the success of our business.**Position and Business Overview**BlackRock is seeking an experienced multi-asset portfolio manager (“PM”) to join our MASS investment team in Mexico City, where they will be responsible for managing the Latin America models book. This book consists of multi-asset model portfolios customized and localized for institutional and wealth clients across Latin America, bringing together investment input from multiple global investment teams.** Key Responsibilities**- Construct, monitor, and rebalance model portfolios, leveraging MASS models infrastructure and multi-asset investment process to deliver tailored investment solutions across Latin America., ensuring alignment with parent model updates and client-directed changes.- Monitor and analyze performance attribution and investment risk, ensuring transparent and consistent portfolio outcomes.- Incorporate local regulatory and compliance constraints into all aspects of portfolio design and implementation.- Collaborate with investment research, iShares, and manager research teams to evaluate and enhance product offerings for the region.- Partner with technology teams to evolve and automate PM tools and processes for efficiency and scalability.- Represent MASS in client and prospect meetings, articulating strategy, current positioning, and performance results with clarity and credibility.** Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree essential; postgraduate degree or CFA designation preferred.- 5+ years of proven experience in portfolio management, asset allocation, and multi-asset investment strategies using a variety of investable assets including ETFs and mutual funds.- Knowledge of Latin American financial markets across asset classes and local regulatory environments.- Hands-on execution capability with a demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end investment processes independently.- Technical expertise, including programming proficiency (Python preferred) and a track record of developing tools or processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
