Técnico especialista en Tooling The role focuses on CNC tooling operations and requires 3+ years CNC experience and crane operator certification. Responsibilities Operate and program CNC machining centers with specified axis dimensions. Program machining strategies via CAM/CAD software. Interpret tooling plans and geometric tolerances. Calculate cutting conditions and manage tooling materials. Apply 5S and conduct Gemba Walk, Problem Solving. Maintain training records and skill matrix via Plex. Qualifications High school diploma. 3+ years CNC machining experience and crane operator certification. Strong knowledge of machining geometry, tolerances, and thermal treatments. Proficient in measurement instruments and strategic machining. Experience with AAM’s tooling and parts manufacturing processes.
