(NYSE: ASGN)**The position**:**Responsibilities**:Lead and grow our digital practice with special focus on Front end developmentBe a coach to your team around most popular Front end frameworksResponsible for creating maintainable, adaptable, scalable, high quality code using software development best practices and coding standards (i.e. software reuse, refactoring, continuous integration, test automation, secure development, static code analysis, peer/code review)Engage in technical discussion of new solutions, design and architecture with our clientsServe as escalation point and problem solver for several projects as neededSet goals, development plan, provide regular feedback and assess performance of your direct reportsWork together with Technical Managers and Supervisors towards building a cohesive practice while following the strategy of your Digital Practice DirectorSupport an open, positive, and energized cultureEncourage innovation and foster an environment of continuous improvement**Required**:Excellent English communication, both written and verbal10+ years of working experience as full stack developer with multiple programming languages8+ years of experience working with Javascript frameworksProven experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScriptProven experience with one or more of the following frameworks/libraries: AngularJS, AngularIO, React, VueExperience with Object Oriented Design (OOD), Object-oriented programming (OOP), Functional programming, development best practices, SOLID principles and design patternsExperience with Cloud Services, AWS, Azure or Google (GCP)Experience with Asynchronous programmingExperience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines, Code Reviews and LintersHands-on Design, consume and development experience on Microservices, Restful APIs, Web Services, Web API, SOAPExperience with unit testing libraries (i.e. Jest, Mocking frameworks)Experience with package managers such as NPM, NPX, YARNExperience with build tools/bundlers such as Webpack, Browserify, Babel**Desirable**:3+ Years of Experience in leadership roles within technology industryAtlassian suite, Jira, Confluence, BitBucketAWS, Azure, Google Cloud
