Únete a nuestro equipo como Customer Success y sé parte de nuestra misión de brindar experiências excepcionales a nuestros clientes en Estados UnidosEn nuestra empresa, nos destacamos como proveedores líderes de dispensadores de combustible, puntos de venta y terminales de servicio.Como Customer Success, tu objetivo principal será asegurar la satisfacción continua y el éxito del cliente a lo largo de todo su ciclo de vida con nosotros, tu enfoque será la retención y maximización del valor del cliente, desde su incorporación inicial hasta su renovación y expansión. Tus funciones incluirán:- Establecer relaciones sólidas y duraderas con nuestros clientes.- Identificar proactivamente las necesidades y preocupaciones del cliente para abordarlas de manera efectiva.- Brindar soporte y entrenamiento continuo para garantizar el uso óptimo de nuestros productos y servicios.- Contribuir activamente en la expansión y retención de cuentas, promoviendo la adopción de nuevas soluciones y funcionalidades.- Aplicar técnicas de ventas cruzadas y upselling para aumentar el valor y la satisfacción del cliente.Te ofrecemos un salario bruto de $25,000 MXN, contrato directo con la empresa. Además, nuestras prestaciones superiores a la ley incluyen un bono de $600 MXN para gastos de home office, fondo de ahorro del 5%, vales de despensa del 5%, seguro de gastos médicos mayores y menores, seguro de vida y todas las herramientas necesarias para tu trabajo, incluyendo equipo de cómputo, silla ergonómica y escritorio.
