**We help the world run better****SAP Enterprise Cloud Services**SAP HANA **Enterprise Cloud Delivery** is the operations organization of the SAP HANA Enterprise cloud. The team HEC Delivery Service Engineering acts as the interface between HEC Delivery Operations and SAP field organization. We support Go-To-Market (GTM) teams with operational expertise and conceptual work globally. We pick up service requirements arising from customer engagements and drive Business Development and Portfolio Management to strengthen SAP’s service offering in the managed cloud. We also perform architecture engineering projects and technology innovation pilots to support selected customer projects as well as HEC’s overall portfolio developmentAs IT Technical Consultant you will be responsible for the:- Delivery of complex SAP Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support.- Planning, setup, implementation and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLArequirements- Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of theteam- Coordination of international teams in global projects- Working towards defined KPIs and service improvement- Monitoring day-to-day business operations**WORK EXPERIENCE**- 10+ years of work experience as Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant (ABAP and Java Basis Administration)- 4+ experience of partner management is required- Working knowledge on Business Object Products (BOBI, BODS etc)- Working knowledge in UNIX/Linux environment, HANA DB and Sybase ASE databases.- Basic Knowledge in Network and Storage- Basic knowledge in one or more of the following products is an advantage. Content Server, Convergent Charging, MDM, GK Software, OpenText, SAP Cloud Connector, TOMCAT, IIS, IDM, SCM Optimizer, SAP Mobile Platform, TREX, Business Connector- Exposure to ITIL framework is an advantage**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**- BE/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc(Comp),M.Sc(Comp),BCA from a well reputed institute- Project member experience in an international environment and ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams- Strong capabilities in the area of technical documentation- Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way- Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking- Very good communication and networking skills- Strong customer service focus**We build breakthroughs together****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
