This role combines deep technical expertise, analytical rigor, and leadership, as you’ll drive data quality initiatives, develop scalable workflows, and mentor junior analysts. Success in this role means developing and maintaining robust data frameworks that enhance data reliability, streamline processes through automation and AI, and strengthen decision‑making across the organization. Responsibilities Conduct deep data research and mapping to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and gaps across internal and external datasets. Design and implement data normalization and alignment processes for diverse data sources. Maintain master data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and data quality frameworks. Define, measure, and monitor key data quality metrics and KPIs. Lead root cause analyses and remediation of systemic data quality issues. Establish and enforce best practices for data governance and documentation. Coach and mentor data analysts, promoting analytical rigor and modern methodologies. Develop standardized data quality workflows and operational procedures. Leverage AI and machine learning tools to automate and enhance data quality processes. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to implement scalable and AI‑driven data validation systems. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or data management roles (ideally in technology or health‑related sectors). Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Nice to Have Familiarity or interest in the animal health industry. Experience with generative AI tools for documentation, data analysis, or reporting. Knowledge of data governance frameworks and industry standards.
