Like this one._Position Summary:Supervisory Responsibilities:High level of leadership and influence skills are required to manage EMS personnel from all levels to achieve Harman’s delivery and quality goals.Job Responsibilities:- Supports recurring meetings, both internal (Harman) and external (EMS), to track the progress of the projects as well as day to day manufacturing operations activities.- Supervise the use and generation of all appropriate documentation required to manufacture Harman products at EMS facility: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.- Monitor EMS orders for equipment necessary to support new product introduction as well as volume increase for sustained products, covering Manufacturing and Test.- Assure EMS Compliance with quality systems and environmental management required by Harman and our customers.- Monitor the proper implementation of process changes and implementation at the EMS site.- Monitor the correct coordination among EMS, Harman Program Managers, QRO Manufacturing and customers for the implementation of manufacturing process enhancements.- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels to EMS operations.- Represent the needs of the customer in EMS manufacturing floor according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements.- Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.- Identify and record changes with the product, process in part history.- Active Participation on EMS projects transfer.- Harman’s Equipment tracking and monitor correct usage at EMS- Monitor Equipment Key Performance Indicators focused in continuous improvement and sustainability.- Monitor EMS Key performance indicators for Quality, Productivity, Equipment utilization and delivery- Assure EMS adherence to Automotive Quality and manufacturing standardsBasic Qualifications:- Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Excellence, Team Work and Respect.- Bachelor Degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical, or proven equivalent experience in the electronics industry- Deep Knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, Engineering Changes and documentation control.- 10+ years of prior experience in electronics manufacturing environment.- 2 years of prior experience coordinating new projects.- 3 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.- English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).Preferred Qualifications:- Leadership, Change Oriented, Collaboration, Judgment and Result Driven.- Knowledge on LPC (Life Product Cycle).- Communication Skills (Oral and Written).- Able to plan and organize.- Initiative.- Analytical.- Problem solving skills.- Project management skills.- Achievement oriented.- Assertive.- Strategic and decisive.- Computer knowledge.- MS Project.Eligibility Requirements:- Willingness to travel.- Willingness to work remotely at the EMS premises (Guadalajara, JAL, MX)- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.What We Offer- Access to employee discounts on world class HARMAN products (JBL, Harman/Kardon, etc.).- Opportunity to collaborate with talented teams across the world.- Inclusive and diverse work environment that fosters and encourages career development opportunities- Flexible work schedule with a culture encouraging work life integration.- On-site opportunities to focus on personal well-being and development provided by our Wellness Committee, Volunteer Committee and Harman Women’s Network.- Professional development opportunities through HARMAN University’s business and leadership academies and extensive course catalog.- Access to an extensive list of trainings and courses.LI-JH1HARMAN is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action emp
