The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65-140,000/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. _**Tasks and Qualifications**:**Essential Role and Responsibilities**To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:- Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design- Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients- Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP- Design and implement core functionalities of SAP GL, AA, COPC, COPA, Revenue recognition, Credit Management, Cost center Management, Billing and Material Ledger- Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP FICO to enhance the clients’ business functionality and performance- Configure the SAP system in the areas of SAP FI CO to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions- Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives and seeks alignment- Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design- Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers in order to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way- Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders- Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans- Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documentedQualifications:- 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling Module required- Should have experience working in at least 2 S/4HANA Implementation projects- Strong functional knowledge on the SAP GL, AA, COPC, COPA, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required- Experience working on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System, Management Accounting- Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like MM,QM, CO, PP, PM, WM, SD and FI- Should be able to write functional specs and work with technical team on enhancements, user exits- Will be required to prepare instruction manuals and training material for end user training- Should have experience and should be able to give solutions for business requirements and guide the team on data migration- Should have experience preparing data migration templates- Should have experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data.- Should have good experience in working with global teams- Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strategic thinking and thought leadership capabilities; ability to institutionalize new tools, processes, and technologies- Knowledge of implementation project life cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over and go-live support- Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing and presenting appropriate status reports**What We Are Looking For****Qualification Requirements**- SAP Finance and Controlling with S/4HANA Implementation Experience- Must be able to fluently communicate in English- Experience with global, large scale ERP implementations- Business and Process Knowledge- Cross functional knowledge in business domains- Excellent time-management/schedule skills; ability to meet deadlines.- Results-oriented and demonstrated experience in leading work sessions with multiple stakeholders.- Willingness to travel up to 10% in US and EMEAEducation & Experience- 8+ years of relevant work experience required- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
