We offer competitive salaries, a unique work environment, and the support necessary for success.**Duties and Responsibilities****Role Summary**The Purchasing Coordinator is involved in all phases of the Procurement Process and is integral to the project’s success. As a critical component of the project team, the Purchasing Coordinator provides dedicated support to the Purchasing Lead through project planning, vendor solicitation, buyouts, and the PO/expediting process. The Purchasing Coordinator develops a deep understanding of the details of each project to supply material for a successful project execution, developing their skillset on the overall Purchasing process to enable continued career growth.**Team**- Integral support component of a small growing team in the Procurement Department- Support project managers by updating weekly delivery status reports- Collaborate on establishing systems and operating efficiencies- Source vendors and cultivate existing vendor relationships- Assist with developing technologies to increase efficiencies- Dedicated support to Purchasing Leads**Onsite Coordination**- Update various reports to support tracking materials and vendor contact list- Maintain onsite organization with communication amongst field team and office- Collect administrative documents during the close-out processes**Procurement**- Assist with vendor communication working with RFQs; maintaining proper lead times; and expediting orders- Maintain and update project timelines relating to purchasing scope of work- Maintain FF&E internal operations, ensuring information is updated daily within our network of vendors.- Assist with creating communications to both trusted vendors and new vendors in the sourcing process- Assist with resolving supplier issues- Follow-up with internal team onsite to maintain information related to all damages- Work with Accounting to submit invoices; track payment; and categorize vendors**Qualifications****Requirements**:- 1 - 2 years of experience in commercial construction purchasing or administrative experience or strong success in an adjacent industry with strong references- Experience working for a US-based company or experience with US-based projects is highly preferred.- English Proficiency Level - Professional working Proficiency Required (B2 - C2)- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook- Effective written and verbal communication skills- High attention to detail, especially with numbers- High level of organization and follow-through- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.**Make an Impact.
