Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Shopify Specialist to join the client’s team on a part‑time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). This role will focus on managing and optimizing Shopify operations, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless e‑commerce functionality. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory updates, and design adjustments. Implement and monitor marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Optimize store performance, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience. Use Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with other team members to support online sales strategies. Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with the utmost discretion. Required Experience and Qualifications Proven experience in managing Shopify stores, including technical and design aspects. Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Prior experience in e‑commerce marketing. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience with Latin American markets. Familiarity with SEO and digital advertising for Shopify. Knowledge of third‑party Shopify integrations and apps. Personality Mature and responsible with a professional demeanor. Highly organized and efficient. Proactive and able to work without supervision. Trustworthy and committed to confidentiality. Software & Tools Marketing and analytics tools for e‑commerce. Schedule Part‑time (approximately 20 hours per week).
