To ensure an efficient and reliable ocean transportation process and its administrative requirements.- To support the Maritime Logistics organization on its market intelligence activities**Main Responsibilities**:- To participate in the annual shipping budget and maintain the progress records up to date- Ensure voyage instructions and documentation are correct and in a timely manner- Negotiate demurrage / despatch charges between shipping companies, traders and terminal managers- Process freight and demurrage payments- Keep track of voyage accounting- To procure market intelligence information from shipping companies, brokers, agents etc.- Participates in special projects required by the Shipping Department**Position Challenges**:Challenges- International and thus multicultural environment.
