**BILINGUAL SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST**This Remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Mexico. Occasional travel may be required for key meetings, conferences, or team events.**Please include the link to your portfolio in your Resume****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage, develop, and analyze social media strategy, content, and calendar.- Define and safeguard the digital identity of the brand.- Growing and retaining our social media audience.- Crafting compelling content.- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity.- Engage with customers and followers across all channels.- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.- Analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns, collecting data and producing reports.- Be on top of the latest social media trends.- Creative concept for photoshoots.- Knowledge and experience working on mailing campaigns.**REQUIREMENTS**- Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing- Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences.- Knowledge of marketing & communication, digital communication, fundamentals of community management, and brand content.- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.- Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects.- Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- English at an advanced level.- Competencies: teamwork, digital engagement, planning and organizing, creativity and innovation, initiative, business perspective, and attention to detail.- Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok**WE OFFER**:USD 1,200 per month (as a contractor)Great teamworkWork culture and environment are based on communication, trust, and hard work.A career in a Global CompanyTravel OpportunitiesPaid Time OffHoliday Gifts / Bonuses**WORKING HOURS**:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**COMPANY CULTURE**:Working with us is an incredible experience.
