Ensure availability and preparation for scheduled meetings.- Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparation of documents and presentations. Manage correspondence and coordinate mailings and deliveries.- Travel Coordination: Book and coordinate travel, including flights and accommodations. Prepare itineraries and ensure efficient travel.- Front Desk Management: Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Manage the receipt and delivery of packages and correspondence. Interdepartmental- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication. Act as a liaison between management and staff.**Required Qualifications**- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Personal Assistant (2-4 years).- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.- Working knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office).- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.- Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously.- Professionalism and executive presentation.**WE OFFER**:Salary and benefits to be negotiated according to experience at the beginning the hiring will be by honorary or fee.Work location: Zona RosaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Servicio de comedorEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
