From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.We're looking for a Financial Reporting Manager who'll report to the Head of Financial Control. You'll oversee financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with IFRS and MXGAAP.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.**What you'll be doing**- Preparing and maintaining the chart of accounts and regulatory mapping for Revolut in Mexico in ERP Oracle NetSuite under IFRS- Supporting the accounting and month-end closing process- Ensuring accurate reporting and alignment to applicable accounting standards- Analysing changes in key general ledger accounts and products- Managing the accounting policy, ensuring it's up-to-date, and the latest changes in MXGAAP and group policies are implemented- Implementing process improvements to boost the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through automation and control measures- Supporting the set-up of new products- Participating in annual and interim audits- Delivering advice on accounting and reporting issues- Contributing to and defining consolidation as well as financial control processes and procedures**What you'll need**- A degree in accounting, finance, or economics- 5+ years of experience in a finance and technical accounting role- Excellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience in Mexican banking standards, IFRS, and consolidated financial reporting- Financial services experience, ideally in an international setting- A structural and logical approach to solving problems- Exceptional analytical skills and a hands-on attitude- Experience within a fast-growing organisation- Great motivation and focus on delivery**_ We won't ask for payment or personal financial information during the hiring process._**_ If anyone does ask you for this, it’s a scam.
