Then it’s time to join Western Union as a Storefront Supervisor.**Western Union powers your pursuit.**In this role, you will oversee and support the daily operations of several Western Union branches.**Role Responsibilities**- Your duties will include supervising employees, data analysis, reporting, analyzing results based on goals, evaluating personnel, reviewing, and updating policies and processes while preparing management indicators.- You’ll ensure service level agreements are met and regularly report to upper management on your team’s results.- You will be the point of contact to ensure that the sectors obtain fast responses to their queries and that all agencies comply with the regulatory framework.- You will lead projects and collaborate with team initiatives.**Role Requirements**- Be a student or have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.- Intermediate English level is required.- You must have good time management and organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multi functions and multi levels.- At least three years’ experience working in a multinational environment with recruitment-related responsibilities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- A detail-oriented personality, with the ability to multitask and work proactively and independently.- Good communication skills and understanding of a multicultural environment are required.- This position will require regular travel within provinces, so schedule flexibility is required.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
