**About Us**:Jive Nutrition is redefining the way people experience protein with unforgettable flavors and high-performance ingredients. As a fast-growing DTC brand, we’re looking for a **Performance Content Editor/Creator** to craft high-converting, engaging ad creatives that drive sales across Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.This role is perfect for someone who understands the direct-response nature of performance marketing and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ads. If you have a sharp eye for **what works in paid media**, thrive in a **fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment**, and can deliver **high-quality video and static creatives**—we want to hear from you.**Requirements**:**What You’ll Do**:- Edit and produce video ad creatives tailored for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.- Create static ad designs optimized for conversion on digital platforms.- Repurpose and optimize existing content to fit different ad formats and placements.- Understand performance metrics (CTR, watch time, ROAS) and iterate on creatives accordingly.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align creatives with campaign objectives.- Stay up to date with ad trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of content.**What You Bring**:- Proven experience editing direct-response video ads for e-commerce brands.- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (preferred), Photoshop, and Canva.- Understanding of high-performing ad styles—you can spot (and create) a winning ad.- Ability to work with raw UGC and turn it into engaging, persuasive content.- Familiarity with Amazon and DTC e-commerce best practices.- Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solver mindset.**Bonus Points If You**:- Have experience working with fitness, nutrition, or supplement brands.- Understand performance marketing metrics and creative testing strategies.- Have motion graphics/animation experience for ad creatives.- Have run paid ads yourself and understand audience psychology.**Benefits****Why Join Jive Nutrition?**:- Competitive USD salary- 100% remote - work from anywhere- Fast-paced, high-growth environment with room to experiment and iterate- Work on high-visibility ad creatives that directly impact revenue
