This Product Manager will be working with MOS Integrations and Migrations.**Below skills are critical for success in this role**:- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, working as a business analyst/Program manager/Process Manager- Skills to understand business requirements and write detailed use cases- Knowledge of Oracle Support business processes is a plus- Good documenting skills to write up user stories and Technical details/use case flows- Experience working across teams to finalize business requirements- Knowledge of Jira, confluence and project planning is required- Flexibility to working with global team- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong team player in taking ownership of issues and resolving them- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority- Superior project management and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure**Responsibilities**:Work closely with development and business to prioritize and plan work.Understand the integration use cases, data flow requirements.Run and/or participate in scrum calls. Will be working with team members across the globe.Career Level - IC4As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
