We are **Bizee (formerly Incfile)**, an incorporation filing company to file and form LLCs and Corporations within the United States. We file in all 50 States in the USA and we are an online business. We service the general public in providing a filing service to help them to start their new business. We strive to assist our customers in their filing needs as well as any support they may need along the way.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage marketing and content creation projects, using Agile and hybrid methodologies tailored to creative workflows.- **Extensive experience in Product Management**:- Coordinate creative, social, video, and marketing teams to deliver compelling content aligned with campaign strategies, managing scope, timelines, and resource needs.- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote Agile best practices.- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, video editors, and social media managers to ensure cohesive content development.- Monitor project metrics and generate reports for leadership on progress, roadblocks, and value delivery. Review deliverables for brand consistency and quality prior to distribution.- Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication across all project stakeholders.**Requirements**:- Proven experience managing marketing or content-focused projects in Agile or hybrid environments.- **Solid experience in design and/or marketing agencies environment.**:- 4+ years of experience- **Fluent English (mandatory)**:- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.- Enthusiasm for process improvement, Lean methodologies, and collaborative work culture.- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, content pipelines, and campaign production cycles.**Is a plus (but not mandatory)**:- Familiarity with the KanbanFlow frameworkTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Descuento de gimnasio- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicosTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 45116, Puerta Aqua, Jal.
