El perfil laboral del Asistente Administrativo de Operaciones incluye los siguientes conocimientos, habilidades y aptitudes:AmazonMexicoKey job responsibilities- Mantener una interacción positiva con nuestros asociados a través de la comunicación de eventos importantes, actividades y otras actividades relacionadas con nuestros empleados.- Creación informes diarios y semanales con el fin de apoyar al área operativa y áreas de soporte a través del el análisis de tendencias y métricas relacionadas a recursos humanos (asistencia, rotación, tiempo extra, etc).- Asistir a Recursos Humanos con la orientación de los nuevos ingresos, así como la preparación de expedientes y documentos.- Ayudar a los empleados en temas de servicios de Recursos Humanos, acceso a plataformas de información y manejo de tickets para brindar el apoyo requerido.- Apoyo en incidencias de nómina, vacaciones, asistencia.About the teamThe Human Resources mission at Amazon is to build a workplace for Amazonians to invent on behalf of customers.León, GUA, MEX- 1+ years of customer service experience
