**Vacante para la empresa TARENTO SOLUTIONS en Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:Leading transnational company in food, beverages, health, biosciences and sensory experiences seeks a Financial Specialist for Integrated Operations.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Provide Financial Support and business partnering to Integrated Operations leadership.- Liaison from Finance to Operations on various issues and requests.- Liaison from Finance to Global Business Services on Cost Accounting matters.- Deliver KPI’s to support the company’s operating system.- Coordinate monthly production costs and variance forecast by working closely with the Plant Accounting team and local leadership- Coordinate the yearly budget process for the plants with focus on cost, capacity and explaining impact to final products throughout budget process.- Continuously focus on productivity, improvement opportunities and collaboration with Plant teams to execute.- Actively support and maintain an environment for strong internal controls- Provide detailed Monthly Plant Reporting- Assist the company in meeting productivity targets**CORE COMPETENCIES**:- Experience in a Manufacturing industry- Experience in implementing / improving processes.- Strong communication and networking/business partner skills- Consciousness of control and business ethics environment- Drive for results, Problem solving, Customer Focus, Strategic Agility- Strong computer/systems capability (ERP/SAP, Business Warehouse, Office)- Knowledge of standard costing environments preferred.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Education: University Accounting, Finance or Economics degree.- Experience: From 2 to 7 years Financial Analyst experience, Manufacturing environment preferred.- Fluent in English and local language**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Contabilidad / Finanzas**Industria**:Comercio internacional y Desarrollo
