**What you will do**:**This position provides essential support to the Technology Procurement Tower. Will support both inside the Communications Tower and to the wider Technology Procurement org. This new role will be dedicated to technology category management, helping the team drive insights and ensure clean reporting within our department.**:**How you will do it**:- ** Deep dive tail spend to identify key stakeholders, cost savings opportunities and supplier rationalization effort.**:- ** Reviewing statements of work for our IT Services Suppliers.**:- **Data cleansing around spend**:- **Work within ERP (Finance) systems to retrieve billing information / invoice copies.**:- ** Update the WAVE system to show savings related to LATAM initiatives**:- ** Support the removal of services related to divested entities in the Americas**:- ** Support requests for reports across the Technology Procurement Tower**:- ** Assist with creation of supplier summaries for key suppliers**:- ** Collect, mine information across a variety of JCI systems to effectively build and execute RFQ and market assessments, using the direction provided by the PEC Buyer and the Category Manager**:- ** Configure and execute eRFQ/eAuction post events within JCI’s preferred eRFQ tool, including initial supplier setup, monitoring the RFQ, receiving, consolidating proposals and other related activities.**:- ** Support Market Intelligence activities, economics measurement, and putting together meaningful reports for different levels of stakeholders.**:- ** Support our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities and loading and/or updating contracts in Ariba, ensuring contract effectiveness**:- ** Support Supply Business Continuity (SBC) by deploying actions such as Financial Assessments, Sustainability Surveys, ensuring contracts are executed, among others.****Build and maintain a Master Supplier Contact repository**:- ** Supports the configuration and execution of correct taxonomy of the category's spend along with the buyer and the CM (ESR spend).**:- ** PO Management for related sub-categories needs**:**What we look for**:- ** Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:- ** Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or IT**:- **Ability to work as part of a remote team.**:- ** Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office - specifically in Excel.**:- ** Experience working with KPIs and Metrics**:- **Ability to organize your own day and ensure essential tasks are completed on time**:- ** Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious, detail oriented and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility**:- **Positive attitude and a strong team player**:**Johnson Controls International plc. is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, genetic information, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. **:
