You will work with a diverse customer base—from global key accounts requiring diplomatic handling to ad hoc buyers—while supporting strategic decisions that may involve higher-risk transactions. Although collections are handled by a dedicated team in our GBS in Guadalajara, your focus will be on minimizing risk, preventing insolvencies, and ensuring timely payments through proactive credit management and collaboration.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct credit assessments and financial analyses for both new and existing customers, setting and maintaining appropriate credit limits.- Negotiate customer credit limits with credit insurers and ensure enforcement of the company’s credit policy.- Collaborate on the implementation of a new collection tool that integrates multiple ERP systems.- Monitor and manage blocked orders, guiding credit collectors to improve collection, acting like second line of defense in collections matters. Effectiveness and reduce past-due accounts, especially for key accounts.- Actively support and oversee accounts receivable processes to minimize payment delays and insolvencies.- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, including SOX requirements, and calculate allowances for doubtful accounts.- Produce ad hoc reports and provide insights to support business decisions.- Offer strategic input and creative solutions when dealing with customers of lower creditworthiness, aligning with business management decisions.**Required skills and experience**:- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), Word, and PowerPoint.- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.- Fluency in any other language would be appreciated.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, accounting or Bachelor's degree in other area with equivalent relevant experience in the field.- Can do attitude; able to work within a team and open minded towards helping teammates.**We offer**:- We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
