**Descripción General**:Proveer soporte a producción, almacén y otros departamentos para la mejora continua. Promover proyectos de reducción de costos, mejora de calidad y seguridad.**Responsabilidades**:- Operar y administrar procesos con seguridad, efectividad, calidad y mejora continua.Propuesta y participar en buscar oportunidades de mejora para innovar y/o automatizar procesos.Revisar oportunidades de manejo de material y mejora de proveedores.Administrar proyectos de mejora continua y “lean manufacturing”.Reducir costos de operación a través de la mejora de la eficiencia de los procesos.Desarrollar proyectos de mejora para procesos de producción, almacén basados en Protrack.Estandarizar procesos de operaciones y optimización de líneas.Mejoras del proceso de producción basado en el “capacity model”.Desarrollar y revisar el “Master validation plan” y aprobar validaciones.Administrar el programa de 5S.Supervisar y dirigir los asistentes de gerentes e ingenieros.Administrar y dirigir el mantenimiento de la planta y maquinaria.Responsable de entrenamientos, coordinación de procesos de reclutamiento.Responsable para preparer presupuesto financier y asegurar un buen desempeño financiero.**Experiência**:- 8-10 años de experiência en el puesto- Ingles conversacional- Conocimiento en Project management- Conocimiento en 6 sigma o estadistica- Norma ISO- Conocimiento de la ley relacionada a la FDA CFR820 y parte 11- Conocimiento básico de programación de sistemas computacionales (plus)- Conocimiento como auditor interno de calidad (plus)- Conocimiento de lean manufacturing- Conocimiento de moldeo y extrusión, procesos de almacen y sistemas automatizacion- Conocimiento validaciones**Habilidades**:- Capacidad para desarrollar múltiples proyectos- Dinamico- Toma de decisiones- Habilidades de negociacion- Capacidad para impulsar los cronogramas de los proyectos**Educacion**:Ingenieria Industrial o Lic.
