Through this 12-month program, you will develop technical and soft skills that will help you drive greater efficiency and provide support to the maintenance team to solve failures, ensuring the optimal operation of the equipment. Tasks include providing support to those plants that need help, aid in any repairs needed on production machinery/operation and taking part on the annual overhauls.As an MSP, you will go through a rotational training program where you’ll spend time with the machines and learn all maintenance and operational processes and activities. The processes/machines where you will train on include:- Blowmolder- Labeler- Filler- Downstream area- Variopack- Robobox/Lantech/PalletizerEach MSP Team Member will spend 3 months in each of the different areas/machines fully understanding their scope, activities, common problems/failures, preventive maintenance, change overs and overhauls. **Essential Functions**- During these 12 months, we will focus on your career development to become a Maintenance Engineer in the US through customized training and support. Specific examples include:- On the Job Training (OJT) at our Mexico Plants for the first 4 months going through the different equipment and processes at a more technical level.- In Learning Training (ILT) where you will attend machine center specific class training as a baseline at Krones Academy in the US.- _ Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
