Conduct yearly performance reviewsCreate and maintain/udpate training manuals (these include tips and reference documentation)Formal detection, analysis, and follow-up of vulnerable team members (discussions, minutes, and active performance management)Communication any incidents with Upper Management and AdministrationCreation of monthly/yearly reportingReview vacation/financial leave requestsAttend production calls every Friday with what has been accomplished during the week and what is planned for the following weekDistribution of work amongst the teamResolution of specific concerns/issues from the team (operational)Constant communication and follow ups with new employees, drafting of pre-evaluations, keeping recruitment, management and HR informedNew TasksOngoing interaction and communication with team members (1:1s, daily/weekly sync-ups)Authorization of overtime (review with Operations Manager)Production/special recognition bonuses (review with the production manager La Paz and Duluth)PTO authorizationHandle administrative write-ups/active performance managementMonthly and weekly meetings with the Operations and Adminisitration (overall performance, team needs, etc.)Incidents handing-notify upper management or HR when necessaryMonitoring of metrics and KPIs, notify Operations Manager if any adjustments are needed
