**Position Objective**:Organize, lead, control and supervise the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of all equipment and facilities in the plant to ensure continuous production operations, improve the availability, performance and overall costs of production equipment to maximize return on production. investment and meets manufacturing requirements in terms of efficiency, quality and safety standards.**Requierements**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or similar.- 5+ years maintenance management experience in automotive environment/Cable Manufacturing- PLC AB/Siemens Expert- Advanced PLC programming experience- Wide Experience in Equipment integration and improvement.- Corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance experience, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation systems, process improvement tools (TPM, FMEA, root cause analysis)- Ability to develop strategies with leadership skills- Extensive knowledge of project management.- Schedule availability- Fluent in English**Main responsibilities**:- Develops plant maintenance organization, policy, processes, procedures and information systems (CMMS) in line with corporate compliance.- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance plans and guarantees development and correct implementation.- Coordinates with plant departments such as Production, Industrial Performance and Quality to solve maintenance issues and recommends measures to improve the operations and conditions of machines and equipment.- Monitors equipment and facility maintenance effectiveness to minimize equipment and facility disruption in accordance with company goals. Inspect the effectiveness of the repair, analyze the root causes of failures. Define and monitor the implementation of avoidance measures.- Validate the calculation of spare parts needs and control spare parts inventory processes- Optimize spare parts consumption and inventory value- Implement new equipment and installation projects in line with defined objectives, budget and technical specifications.- Develops maintenance team Knowledge and experience in core wire production equipment, such as rod drawing, multiple drawing, bundling, extrusion and applicable special wire processes. Ensures that technical documents related to equipment are properly maintained and accessible to the maintenance team.- Prepares and controls annual maintenance budget and strategic plans, prepares, communicates and reviews KPI´s maintenances, define plans for continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to meet Maintenance Department and the Company's objectives.- Recruit and develop a high-performance maintenance team.- Meets quality requirements and EHS systems.- Stop production when quality, productivity and safety are at risk.**Skills**:- Lidership- Sence of urgency- Organizacional**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Experience**:- PLC AB: 5 years (required)- PLC SIEMENS: 5 years (required)- MAINTENANCE MANAGER: 5 years (required)- AUTOMATION: 5 years (required)- EQUIPMENT INTEGRATION: 5 years (required)- PLC PROGRAMMING AND FAILURE DETECTION: 5 years (required)**Language**:- ENGLISH 80% (preferred)
