*****RESPONSIBILITIES****Provide daily support to manufacturing operations by ensuring seamless product flow through the production line, coordinating with both on-site factory personnel and the extended Center of Excellence (COE) team.**- Creates/modifies mechanical Parts/Assemblies/drawings in CAD systems, such as Creo and/or Solid Edge.- Create and maintain Bill of Materials and unit configurator logic to select the correct BOM’s based on options selected by the customer.- Works with Manufacturing, Service and Quality to understand their requirements to design a product that best meets all their needs.- Assist with prototype builds by providing technical support and providing guidance when issues arise.- Gather feedback from prototype builds and field trials and implement appropriate improvements to the product.- Understanding the products, suggest ideas and improvements.Assists with troubleshooting of escalated or re-occurring field issues.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or product development with extensive experience.- 2-4 years of mechanical design & analysis experience in a similar role- Fluency in English required (read, write, and speak).- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts, products, and safety.- Proficient in 3D CAD software, preferred CREO 10.0 and greater- Experience with Sheetmetal, piping and assemblies is a plus.- Create and revise drawings and bills of materials.- Change order management and Data-entry systems familiarity - Oracle, Agile, etc.- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve (and prevent) a wide range of problems quickly and methodically.- Detail oriented.- Excellent planning, organizing, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to operate in cross functional global development teams.**PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**- Constant / Frequent Standing- The role is primarily based on a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.- The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.- Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.- Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting
