It is home to 1000+ associates who work to deliver on the Novartis purpose of reimagining medicine to improve and extend people’s lives.The Lead Consultant, Management Consulting is primary responsibility is to support and drive strategic business projects for Novartis Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee, with the aim of maximizing economic value and securing future competitive advantage, to plan, develop, and lead projects, based around key Novartis products in major markets and deliver substantially greater outcome improvement than from the product alone and substantially greater financial rewards for Novartis.Main responsibilities:- Acts as sparring partner within project team- Leads and independently owns individual workstreams with guidance from overall project manager(s)- Generates strategic insights based on best-in-lass analysis, distills outputs and recommendations which enable informed decisions of top leaders- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt- Distribution of marketing samples ( where applicable)**Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:- We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve._**Role Requirements**- 8+ years of experience leading process improvement projects in large companies and across different regions.- Strong Strategy Development, Project Management and/ or Financial Management skills.- Experience collaborating across boundaries.- Knowledge of Major Change Industry and Business Exposure- Experience developing and delivering story flows and presentations for Management.- Strong knowledge of Strategic thinking and planning- Knowledge of current and future global business trends- Background managing resources Assessing impact of (internal & external) changes on the HCS Analyzing stakeholder requirements.- Experience leading strategic initiatives and developing internal talent to enable and speed transformation in Novartis.Why Novartis?766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.We believe new insights, perspectives and ground-breaking solutions can be found at the intersection of medical science and digital innovation.
