**General Fuction**:- Accountable for to provide urgencies & priorities for the Production Planner to include in the weekly production plan, update, and inform to the operations team.- Attend team meetings with information about daily sales, Past Due, OTD, inventory level, making sure its reported into the plant dashboards.- Make daily sales reports and waterfall analysis to identify weekly variations analysis.- Define production priorities based on material ETA, customer special requirements and recovery plans.- Ensure the production plan include normal and special customer instructions.- Keep the CSR team informed about status.- Attend meeting with support teams for products in production, NPI and transfer projects.- Accountable for an on-time and accurate communication with CSR team and Account Manager.- Maintain OTD above 90%. Work with operations and the customer to reach that goal.- Ensure shipments are made with respect of special customer instructions and ASN is transmitted.- Price revision and update, review alternate materials to propose deviation when convenient.- Make sure sales are executed according to the target date.- Act in accordance with the Code of Conduct.- Get aligned with KEPS and KEMOS.**Training/ Education**:- Bachelor in Logistics, Industrial, Administration or similar preferably- APICS certification is a plus.- English language 90%- 3 years minimum in Customer Service and Manufacturing areas.**General Knowledge**:- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (VAI & QAD preferably)- ISO-14001- Lean Manufacturing- Problem Solving Techniques (8D’s, 5 Why’s, etc)- Customer demand analysis.- Materials Planning and BOM structure.- Team work and leadership.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or manufacturing areas.
