Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**Purpose Statement**Promote company products through education of current & potential customers and implant within a defined region by providing clinical education for variety of issues. Responsible for the day-to-day field execution and management of Boston Scientific clinical trials at selected clinical trial centers.**Key Responsibilities**- Commercial Support: Under general supervision, serve as primary resource for clinical support consisting of tackling variety of issues relating to troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.- Attend unit implants in the labs and operation rooms of hospital accounts and perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products.- Team up with Sales Rep to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.- Keep on developing business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences).- Clinical Trial Support: Managing and providing technical support for clinical trial activity within assigned territory by supporting the site authorization process and study procedures as defined in the clinical investigational plan.- Providing initial and continuous training, education, and support for clinical center personnel on clinical trial protocol, clinical process, products and features under investigation, and procedures involving those products and features.- On-call duties may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.- Assist in execution of pro-active regional plan that involves clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and increase quality of service to customers.- Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage and customer training.- Attends cases in customer accounts and advises physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our coronary products. Represents IC field organization during designated BSC clinic lab days.- Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms. Provide supplemental training support during product launches and for high touch specialty products (filter wire / Rotablator / CTO / Precision PCI).- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to the company products by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, and seminars and/or outside symposiums. Providetraining and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel- Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions (especially training, troubleshooting and general case support for iLab hardware / IVUS).- Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbent's work and by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.- Assist in the development of the training plans/materials. This includes but is not limited to: hands-on training such as simulated procedures, as well as training materials development and preparation.Selling Role:- Collaborates with the Territory Manager and third-party channels on business strategy and tactics at the physician level. Demonstrates mastery of all sales tools and programs available. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition’s strengths and weaknesses.- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.- Executes territory sales plans and strategy in line with the Business Territory Manager to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers in private as well as public Hospitals.**Quality System Requirements**In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the
