Relocation Assistance Offered Within Country - San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, MexicoResponsible in the packaging team, for the plan, control and administration of the oral care category process for the updating of master data at the SAP system level for the creation and maintenance of new skus, existing skus, new packaging and consumption components as well as their lists of materials (BOM) associated, in the same way to execute the changes controls (ECN) related to all this for the manufacture of the products in the manufacturing plant, copacker and CoMan when applicable.**Responsibilities**:- Provide support in the automation and optimization of processes.- Administration of the control system and cross category monitoring of registrations and changes for related reports.- Provide support in the creation of new Skus for loading the relevant logistics data related to Packaging through the MDGM process creation flow.- Develop flows in the AODocs system for registration of views and creation of new Packaging and WIP components.- Coordinate the update of master data in the Skus that require support from the Master Data team, preserve records and communicate updates.- Comply with quality standards (product conformity, product design and marketing, technology transfer, process validation and control, corrective and preventive actions, change control, consumer complaints, storage and handling of information, labeling and finished product, intercompany supply, supplier management, laboratory tests.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in automation, mechatronics, industrial engineering or related career.- 1-2 years experience in managing manufacturing projects.- Knowledge in financial process management.- Intermediate - advanced level of English.- Desirable experience in Google Suite and SAP.- Desirable advanced Excel.- Desirable experience in packagingEqual Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
