We provide global business and SAP consulting, serving medium to large-sized enterprises striving for innovation, operational excellence, and profitable, sustainable growth.If you enjoy working with high-caliber people on interesting projects in a thriving partnership organization, Westernacher is the place to beTo complement and spearhead our SAP Consulting business in **LATAM**, we are looking for _Market Unit Lead._**Responsibilities**:- Direct P&L responsibility for commercial initiatives in Latin America.- Define Market Unit marketing and sales strategy and support strategy execution.- Manage the Alliance with SAP as a partner and with customers.- Develop and execute cross-practice market strategy in collaboration with Practice Directors and Regional Leads.- Execute the process from operational marketing and sales to proposing, closing, and delivery of the projects.- Oversee project deliveries across LatAm region, for successful execution, quality assurance, and commitment to customers.- Ability to step in as a pre-sales SME in at least one area of SAP.- Revenue and direct margin calculations.- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.- Develop Marketing & Sales budgets in line with target costs and ensure established Market Unit direct margin- Key Account Management.- Plan & Execute Marketing and sales events.- Localize templates, framework, and proposal creation tools for LatAm.- Responsible for year-over-year revenue growth as per market potential- Comply with utilization of the planned team.**To join our team you need**:- 15+ years of working experience in the field of SAP Consulting covering leadership role either as SAP Practice / Account Manager or as Market Unit Head.- Previous experience as a consultant in an SAP functional area is essential, along with exposure to presales activities.- Desirable experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Modules.- Knowledge of the full sales cycle, negotiation Skills & commercial diligence.- Strong network within SAP & customers throughout the Latin America region.- Team leadership and motivational skills.- Experience developing a go-to-market strategy.- A minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is required.**General requirements**:- Available to travel if necessary.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries.- Committed to high-quality project delivery.**Our promise**:- Attractive compensation package.- Permanent contract directly with Westernacher Consulting.- Benefits above the law.- Inspiring and exciting, innovative working environment of open communication, trust and regular feedback.- International company culture and flat hierarchy.- Career path and growth opportunities.- Company training.- Small-to-medium-sized teams.- Flexible working hours and hybrid working model.**This is WE**:Living, working, and operating in partnership.
