**Responsibilities**:- Ensure regional customer success by building, leading, and expanding a local team- Perform hands-on operational support wherever required during the growth process- Develop, lead, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (retail and technology- partners, advertisers, and investors in the region)- Ownership over local P&L (1+ years’ experience required)- Develop and adapt a local growth strategy based on local research and facts- Implement an effective brand strategy and ensure consistency across the region- Maintain a professional, approachable image for the company always- Produce regular business performance reports and present them to C-level executives- Establish customer support best practices and train the regional team on them- Responsible for managing all operations within the region which involves taking- responsibility for profit, revenue, budgeting, and quality targets- Support C-level executives in setting SMART objectives for the region- Execute on and support the local team to meet set objectives for the region- Work with customers to scope out future product requirements and relay this- documented information to relevant internal teams- Contribute to the overall success of our company in the new market- Create sales decks in liaison with the sales and marketing teams showcasing our- product’s value and encouraging brands & advertising agencies to buy ad slots- Research and create a pipeline of brands and advertising agencies to approach and- perform the required sales activities- Once a sale is successful, hand it over to the local team to start their onboarding process- Keep in contact and maintain a good relationship with advertisers for future opportunities- Work with the Business Analysis team to analyze the performance of the ad- Campaigns and to provide insights for the advertiser for better results**Qualifications**:- 5+ years of experience in a similar role- Previous retail operations or advertising experience a must- Strong business sense and tech industry environment expertise- Experience with building new teams (in new markets)- Big achievement or project delivery success experience- BSc degree in Computer Science or any related field- MBA degree is preferred- Driver’s license- Proficiency in the English language written and spoken- Tech-industry relevant skills to communicate with our engineers- Advanced user in Microsoft Office and Google Drive suite- Advanced online researcher- Experience with CRM tools is a plusTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 25 % (Obligatorio)
