TikTal islooking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Campaign Associate to join our ambitious marketing team.**What you will be doing**Search, and place a pool of effective social media influencers to work with brands.- Be consistently friendly and communicative.- Support and assist, when necessary Campaign Manager.- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.- Keep track of communication with talents.- Work closely with the Campaign Manager to match up suitable talents for specific brand campaigns.**Requirements**:Strong influence marketing knowledge and experience as a Campaign Associate- Experience working with English-speaking markets- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills- A highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analyticaland project management skills, and can work independently within a team focusedorganization- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented environment- Ability to stay calm under pressure.- Good decision-making abilities and decisiveness.- Good eye for talent.- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.- Familiar with Tiktok International Influencers and trends.**Benefits**Fully-remote working environment (work from wherever you want).- Flexible working hours.- Dynamic team and friendly work environment.- In Person Company Retreats / Virtual Gatherings.- Opportunities to fast-track your responsibilities.- Training and personal development resources**The salary for this role is up to $1500 USD monthly.
