It is technically self-sufficient. It can develop complex functions and execute higher value projects. It still makes "avoidable" mistakes. His knowledge allows him to work and collaborate on challenging and medium-high impact projects. Proactively reports the status and progress of your tasks. He applies his technical expertise to low-level technical decisions, always following technical standards. This could include tools, software coding standards, or platforms to use. The manufacturing system developer contributes functions to keep the traceability system in optimal performance. He (she) is proficient with some development tools and languages, as well as knowledge of some development platforms (web, app, mobile).**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Analyze, design, develop and debug software solutions that meet the needs of control, automation, error proofing of the operational process.- Provide technical knowledge to a team of individual collaborators who design and develop new products, improvements and updates, participate in the development of projects in the industry 4.0/5.0- Is capable of coordinating tasks, deliverables and schedules of their projects, timely reporting the results, goals, objectives, schedules.- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities.- Engage with the team and stakeholders to understand the requirements, design, and solutions in line with the product architecture.- Communicate project status and escalate issues to line managers, program managers, senior leadership team, and internal and external development partners in a timely and collaborative manner.- Provide technology leadership, vision and passion to the development team.- Responsible for following and implementing sound product engineering best practices and processes to ensure results for product delivery.- Compliance with their training and professional development; Generate new knowledge that ensures and encourages innovation in the proposed solutions.**Education (minimum education required)**:- Bachelor of Engineering**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:- Orientation to the design and develope of safe and risk-free Aplication.- Experience with software platforms including advanced SQL, Net C#, AZURE Cloud Services, AI, ML, API REST, front and back-end development software and related web-based and mobile-based UIs- Knowledge on SMT and assembly cell manufacturing processes such as AOI, SPI, Pick n Place, TH, ICT, EOL, Bom verification, packout, etc.- A proficient problem-solver who envisions business and technical perspectives in developing workable solutions- Result-oriented with a strong sense of drive and driven technology initiatives- Experience in team work, identifying and working with teamemates to building large-scale products- Sense of ownership and motivation to accomplish projects successfully- Flexible, adaptable to the challenging pace of identifying and adopting new technologies- Written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills - including English- 3 to 5 years of experience, 1 years in similar position in the illumination businessLI-AM2Valoramos la diversidad y somos una organización que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
